Caroline Bennett-Sippel brings a lifelong passion for caring for children to her work in pediatrics. From a young age, she found joy in nurturing others—whether playing “mom” to her baby dolls, supporting her role as a big sister, or eagerly taking on babysitting opportunities. This early connection to caregiving inspired her path into pediatric medicine, where she continues to celebrate the curiosity, wonder, and energy that children bring to every interaction.
Caroline earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, where she further developed her dedication to providing compassionate, family-centered care.
She is deeply inspired by the resilience and problem-solving abilities of her young patients. Caroline values the unique opportunity pediatric care provides to support not only children but their entire families, fostering a collaborative and compassionate approach to health and wellness.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and her dog, Pongo. She is an avid reader and prioritizes staying active through walking, hiking, strength training, and yoga—activities that help her maintain balance and well-being in her personal and professional life.
