We have been satisfied with most of the providers and staff from this location. This review was prompted by the hospitality we received from front office staff Dee specifically. Her greetings are warm, her manner is polite, and she works thoroughly. She’s on top of the game and Tri County did great choosing her to be the face of the office! Customer service is rare these days not to mention superb customer service. Thank you Dee and thank you to all the staff at Tri County who love and value their work and their patients.

My Children have been here ever since.

With short time notice, I had to find a new pediatrician because My Only pediatrician of 20+ years was leaving / closing & I had no idea what I was gonna do. I called around to a few places in the area, One I will not even mention, where I hung up mid conversation due to the rudeness of the person on the other end - other long story. I called here, had no idea how to handle trans of Dr to them with insurance ~ the person on the other end of the phone took her time to explain & walk me through it, patiently, never rushing me. My Children have been here ever since & I couldn't be more happy ~ I only pray it stays this way until they are adults and I never have to change again 😂 Shout out to the ladies and gentlemen in this office Your doing a great job and if no one has told you lately I APPRECIATE YOU & ALL YOU DO!

We saw Maddie, the PA! She took her time with us, answered every question and concern. She was also super sweet. Really enjoyed our visit with her.

They said it was at a dangerous level and my child could possibly have problems with their heart.

I took my child there for a well visit. I was informed that they were having low blood pressure. I was told by the doctor that they needed to go to the the Emergency room at Chop right away. Chop ended up admitting my child to the hospital and treated them for low potassium, phosphorus, and sodium. They said it was at a dangerous level and my child could possibly have problems with their heart. The doctor at Tri-County saved my child's life by making sure I understood how serious their condition was and even called me later to make sure I was definitely taking them to the hospital while I was driving in the car on my way to Chop.
