We recently saw Dr. Springer for a behavioral health visit after our daughter’s ADHD diagnosis, and I can’t say enough about the care we received. She spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel rushed, even though we were the last family in the office. She spoke directly with our daughter in a way that made her feel seen and included, and she gave her the option to share only when she wanted to. Dr. Springer walked us through therapy, medication, and other approaches in a clear and detailed way, sending us home with a sense of confidence and direction. She explained sensitive topics delicately so we could talk openly in front of our child without making her uncomfortable. Shortly after the visit, the office followed up to check on how we were doing. We left feeling both informed and cared for, grateful that our daughter has a pediatrician with such depth of knowledge and genuine compassion. Dr. Springer has been wonderful with her since birth, but this visit reminded us again how lucky we are to have her guiding our family.
