The Elephant and Piggie series by Mo Willems. My daughter is just learning how to read, and we love to take turns. I always read the part of the Elephant and she always reads the part of Piggie.

Books! I loved to get lost in a good story.

My grandfather, a Holocaust survivor, taught me the importance of resilience, compassion, and the responsibility we have to care for others. As a nurse practitioner and a mom, I am inspired daily by the resilience of children, and strive to reflect that strength and compassion in my work.

I used to have a lot of hobbies-then I had kids. Now, in the rare quiet moments I enjoy reading and traveling whenever possible.

I originally set out to become a neonatologist, drawn to caring for our most vulnerable patients. Working as a postpartum nurse- cross trained in labor and delivery, NICU, and pediatrics- deepened my appreciation for caring for children and families across every stage, ultimately inspiring me to pursue pediatrics.

Being both a pediatric clinician and a mom to two young children shapes how I care for families. I support parents' choices, while providing practical, realistic guidance, rather than textbook medical advice. I bring extensive experience in pediatrics, newborn care, and breastfeeding support, helping families feel confident and empowered in caring for their children. I prioritize open, honest communication and take time to listen, answer questions, and build trusting relationships with every patient and family I work with. My approach blends clinical expertise with empathy and real-life parenting experience.
