Patient portal

Every patient must be web-enabled by Kids Plus Pediatrics to access the patient portal — you cannot sign up by yourself. Once the patient’s file is web-enabled, you should receive an email with an invitation to set up your account as well as the credentials you will need to log in (username and password).

To log in, go to the portal welcome page and select “User Credentials” to enter your username and password (or choose “Use Mobile Phone” to sign in with your phone number). Once you are logged in, the dashboard on your homepage offers quick access to appointments, messages, refill requests, and more.

Parents can access all linked children using the same credentials — just click “Go to Account” next to each child’s name. Patients aged 13 and older must log in with their own information. Managing multiple accounts? Click “Welcome” at the top of the screen to switch between profiles anytime.

Once your portal account is enabled, don’t forget to set up the healow™ app on your mobile device:

• Download the healow™ app from App Store or Google Play Store.

• Locate your practice by entering your practice code (see below)

• Enter your portal username and password to log in

• Set up your PIN number to securely access your child’s health information

To locate your practice, enter the practice code you received [CBJBCD]. After you search the code, the practice that pops up will say “Pediatric Associates Family of Companies.” This will lead you to Kids Plus Pediatrics, we promise! Just click “Show Locations” and select your practice of choice.
