Yes, please visit the Patient Portal. You will need to know your account number and total balance due, since you will be asked for this information.

Most services are covered, but we do recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your plan benefits. Does your plan require an assigned PCP (for example, an HMO)? If so, confirm that a Kids Plus provider is listed as your assigned PCP. You can also ask questions like:

• Are there any limits on preventative care that I need to know about? How does it differ from a sick visit?

• Do I have a co-payment or deductible?

• Do I have to pay more for services provided after hours?
